A weekly meal plan built around real food and real life, with the option to choose the calorie range that fits your needs. Every plan includes 5 days of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all designed to be easy, delicious, and supportive of your body’s goals.

Whether you’re trying to nourish a busy schedule or just want to stop guessing what’s for dinner, this plan gives you structure and simplicity with real, feel-good meals that I genuinely eat and trust.

You’ll get your full plan at one of three macro-balanced calorie levels:

  1. 1400 calories/day — ideal for weight loss
  2. 1800 calories/day — ideal for gentle weight loss, maintenance, or active, balanced lifestyles
  3. 2400 calories/day — ideal for muscle gain, higher energy needs, or athletic goals.
