By participating in the meal plan subscription, I acknowledge that:

• I am voluntarily choosing to follow the provided meal plans
• I have disclosed any known allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions
• It is my responsibility to review all ingredients and recipes to ensure they are safe for my consumption.
• Calorie and macro options (1400, 1800, 2400) are provided for general guidance and may not be specific to my unique health needs.
• I will consult with my physician or healthcare provider before making significant changes to my diet.

I release Rootdown Raenen, its practitioners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation in this meal plan subscription
